Surrogate Process

You must complete an online application or email us for an application to fill out. You may also fill out an application over the phone with our Surrogacy Case Manager. We will conduct a phone interview to go over your application, our process and answer any questions you may have.

After the initial application process you will receive a Surrogate Benefit Package and other additional paperwork. During this time we will conduct an in home interview, psychological screening, background check and a medical professional will also review your pregnancy records. When all steps are completed you will officially be ready to match with Intended Parents that fit your personality and requirements! Woohoo!

Once you have been matched with your chosen Intended Parents, we will accompany you to attend a medical screening with the Intended Parents’ IVF Physicians if allowed.

After you have received medical clearance both you and the Intended Parents will move onto the Legal Process. After both parties have agreed and signed all legal documents we officially start the IVF cycle. The IVF cycle contains a few appointments with your Intended Parents’ IVF Physician, self-injections, and finally the transfer of embryos.

When pregnancy is confirmed and you graduated to regular OB care you can start visiting your local OB Physician and monitor your pregnancy like your previous pregnancy. We will help keep track and monitor your pregnancy and assist lawyers and the hospital to prepare for all paperwork and the delivery.
